Social Work Services

Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being, impacting thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Focusing on mental health, in particular for the neurodiverse, is crucial for stress management, relationships, and decision-making across all life stages.

Our direct mental health services are based in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy™ that is embedded in non-clinical, rapport-based activities that develop feelings of safety and focus on fun.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy™ (CBT) applies psychological principles and evidence-based techniques to foster a supportive and empathetic environment where children can comfortably explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviour.

Insurance coverage may apply. If your child has funding through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), our services may also be covered. Please visit our FAQs page for more details.

Individual Therapy

Individual social work therapy can effectively address a wide range of challenges that children may encounter, from anxiety and depression to self-regulation and trauma.

Utilizing proven CBT strategies, supports young clients to develop essential coping skills, challenge negative thought patterns, and build resilience.

Our social workers are here to offer your child passionate guidance and evidence-based interventions.
