Numbers with Friends™
A Booster Group ProgramThis weekly program uses evidence-based math games and mini-lessons that support automatization of the basic facts as well as develop a child’s understanding of, and flexibility with, numbers. Number Sense is the foundation of all math learning and this program is a fun way to build confidence and skill.
The flow, materials, activities, and program environment are specifically curated and designed to support a wide range of social, communicative, and emotional needs.
All activities embed the fundamentals of socialskilled, which are: learning and working with others, making friends, and keeping friends.
Academic goals are responsive to the needs of the participants and may include: Read and represent whole numbers up to and including 100; Count to 50 by 1s, 2s, 5s, and 10s; Compose and decompose whole numbers up to and including 50.
Each participant will be provided a personal Mathseeds™ account for at home practice during the session.
