This weekly play-based program provides an opportu This weekly play-based program provides an opportunity for your child to explore and practice play skills with the support of an educated facilitator. Our facilitators help children engage in structured play, remaining actively involved with the play by initiating conversation amongst the participants, joining in when necessary to positively affect or guide the play, and encouraging continued exploration of the available materials and or activities. This program runs Saturday mornings for children aged 3-5. We have updated our Study Skills program! This pr We have updated our Study Skills program! This program is now offered in 2-week blocks that support participants to develop learning skills such as organization, responsibility, self-regulation, and collaboration, through explicitly taught strategies required for success in school. Some blocks are specifically for exceptional learners with IEPs and designed to empower these students to know what their accommodations are, how to utilize them, and how to advocate to ensure the support is being applied. Other blocks teach skills that are good for all learners.
